Your data is used to respond to your enquiries, manage your booking and follow up on the relationship. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. Your data is never resold or used for advertising purposes.

Your data is intended solely for the relevant departments of the residence. It may be processed by our technical service providers (hosting, email) acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations. Simple contact data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
In accordance with the regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. You may exercise these rights by email at reservation@residancolies.fr or by post to the address of the residence. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
