The residence is at 251 rue du Soleil, in the heart of Val Thorens (Les Belleville, Savoie), the highest resort in Europe. You are a few steps from the resort centre, the shops and the ski lifts.
Can you rent ski-in/ski-out accommodation in Val Thorens?
Yes, most of our apartments offer direct access to the slopes, ski-in/ski-out. Chalet Selaou is 150 m from the slopes and the shops, and the Arcelle apartment sits in the heart of the village.
What types of apartments and chalets do you offer?
We offer 7 properties, from a 4-guest apartment to a large chalet, including Chalet Selaou, which sleeps up to 10 guests. There is something to suit a couple, a large family or a group of friends.
Is the residence suitable for a family or group booking?
Absolutely. Our spacious apartments and Chalet Selaou (up to 10 guests) are designed for families and groups, with fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living areas and optional services for a carefree stay.
Is there a wellness area with sauna and hammam?
Yes, a sauna and a hammam are available to help you unwind after a day on the slopes, a real treat on your return from skiing.
Is there a restaurant on site?
Yes, the restaurant Le Rendez-Vous, part of the same group, welcomes you in Val Thorens so you can extend the experience without having to look far for somewhere to dine.
How do I book an apartment or a chalet?
Simply fill in the enquiry form on the property page of your choice or on the Contact page. With no online payment and no commitment, we usually reply within 24 hours to confirm availability.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 5 pm and check-out before 10 am. Stays run from Saturday to Saturday, with a little more flexibility before the Christmas holidays (please contact us).
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds are made up on your arrival. Additional linen kits are available as an option.
Is an end-of-stay cleaning service available?
Yes, an end-of-stay cleaning package is available as an option, as is on-request cleaning during your stay if you wish.
What facilities are there in the properties?
Our properties feature wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, a television and a ski locker with a boot dryer. A range of services makes your stay easier: delivery of bread and pastries, breakfast, and a welcome meal tray on arrival.
Are pets allowed?
To ensure the comfort, hygiene and peace of mind of all our guests, our properties do not accept pets.
Is the tourist tax included in the price?
The tourist tax is charged in addition, payable on site (from the age of 18). The property rates are detailed by period on the Rates page.
How much is the security deposit?
A deposit of €1,500 is required per property, and €2,000 for Chalet Selaou. It is returned to you after the check-out inspection.

Perched above 2,300 m, Val Thorens enjoys outstanding snow cover from late November to early May, making it one of the most reliable ski destinations in Europe.
