Rental conditions
Arrival and departure
Arrival from 5:00 pm, departure before 10:00 am. Stays run from Saturday to Saturday, with a little more flexibility before the Christmas holidays (please contact us). A booking is confirmed with a 30% deposit, the balance being paid before the stay.
End-of-stay cleaning
End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price. If the cleaning is not satisfactory, a deduction of €150 is taken from the deposit (€200 for the Le Selaou chalet). Cleaning can also be added as an option.
Deposit and tourist tax
A security deposit of €1,500 is required on arrival (€2,000 for the Le Selaou chalet), returned within 20 days after the check-out inventory. The tourist tax is additional, payable on site (from the age of 18).
Pets
Pets are not allowed in our properties.
